Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Environment & Sustainability.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience. Systematic & Analytical approach, Change Management,
- Collaboration with internal / external stake holders, Compliance issues, Safety culture & behaviors. Data Analysis, Environment IMPACT/ASPECTS Assessment,
- HSE awareness & compliance analysis, Incident root cause analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with local regulations and global best practices. Ensure implementation, and maintain the Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 standards.
- Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions and Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with external stakeholders, government entities, and industry partners to foster environmental partnerships and initiatives.
- Lead educational programs and training sessions to raise awareness and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization
