- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Safety Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire safety management within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all fire safety activities within the oil and gas facilities. Develop, implement, and maintain fire prevention programs and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire protection equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance. Train and mentor fire safety personnel on emergency response protocols, firefighting techniques, and equipment operation.
- Coordinate with external agencies and emergency responders during drills, exercises, and actual emergency situations. Investigate incidents and accidents related to fire safety, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Monitor and analyze fire risk factors within the facilities, recommending and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fire safety inspections, training, and incidents.
