Experience:
- 5 – 10 years’ experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide HSE training and induction programs for all employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all relevant permits and licenses are obtained and maintained for the project.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance through the collection and analysis of data.
- Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
