Experience:

  • Minimum 2years work experience in a similar role.                   

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Installing new hardware (Server printers, computer workstations, multifunction devices etc.).
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues.
  • Keeping records of IT maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
  • Providing remote technical assistance to users.
  • Collaborating with other IT team members, such as network administrators, system administrators, and cyber security professionals, to address technical issues.
  • Provide support for high-level meetings (virtual and physical).
