Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic role for annual budget at the customer/ channel Level after receiving category growth for Category Trade Marketing Managers and Work out value and volume targets for 1 + 3months based on the baseline targets.
- Monitor the stock situation and focus on the Freshness agenda by clearing slow-moving stocks while planning liquidation plans with sales.
- Collaborate with Category Trade Marketing Managers and finance on MSL that is required in each channel.
- Manage TMI based on agreed category strategy & align the same with the sales team for the execution at the customer level and Monitor and maintain above 80% forecast accuracy at SKU level.
- Understand the competitors by visiting the market with the sales team and Looking after the sales operation; Ensure daily issuance of sales tracking reports at category level and monthly targets based on the aligned forecast to drive sales objectives at channel level.
