For Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Islamabad                  Qualification:

• Bachelor /16 years of education in IT, Computer science duly recognized by HEC · Candidates having Red Hat/Oracle Linux Certification will be preferred.
• Applicant must have at-least second division (i.e. 45% marks or equivalent CGPA of 1.4/4.0 or 2.4/5.0) in degree on basis of which he is applying or eligible.

Experience:

• 08 Years of post-qualification professional experience on a comparable position in Banks/FIs.
•  Should have experience of designing & development of Multisite, scalable, highly available, mission critical infrastructure over Linux environment (RHEL, Enterprise Linux, CentOS) and proficiency in Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Linux server technologies, such as Apache, MySQL, DNS, and other relevant services.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining security controls for Linux systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as KVM or VMware, in a Linux..

Jobs Description:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Linux server infrastructure, including installation, patching, and updates.
• Monitor Linux systems, analyze performance metrics, and proactively identify and resolve performance issues. ·
• Implement and maintain security controls, patches, and updates for Linux systems in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Linux servers, including server failures, networking problems, and security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of Linux-based services, including web servers, database servers, and DNS servers and  implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for Linux servers.
• Automate routine tasks and streamline system administration processes using scripting or configuration management tools.
