• University degree with specialization in Public Health, Project Management, Social Policy, Economics

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in managerial level roles in the public health domain involving project or grants development and management, health services delivery, development of monitoring & evaluation systems or health systems strengthening.
• Experience should clearly demonstrate understanding and knowledge of international funding agencies and large-scale funded projects.           
• Experience in developing and implementing new processes and systems, grant writing, development of management and strategic reporting tools.
• Providing regular updates on new funding opportunities and follow up for coordinating application submission.
• Maintain the tracking tool for funding applications in process at country/regional level.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate grant application/proposal development process as per application submission and approval matrix to ensure that all teams are engaged in a timely and appropriate matter. For the country affiliate maintain organizational credentials and accreditations required for submitting funding applications.
• Develop and maintain an archiving & access system for key grant documents. Maintain the updated organizational credentials/profile and core team credentials and establish a process of regular updates.
• Establish a system of maintenance of grant files and periodic checks to ensure that grants are implemented in compliance with IRD and relevant donor regulations and contracts. Establish system for deliverables tracking and preparation of monthly deliverables report for the assigned countries/programs.
