• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering  

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years’ of experience             

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost effective, technically viable and comprehensive proposal, in accordance with the client specifications and ensure timely submission of Technical & commercial proposals.
• Reviews ITB / synopsis, chalk out bid preparation methodology. Prepare bid preparation methodology, Proposal calendar and Review bid summary and ensure its timely submission.
• Hold internal kick-off meeting with engineering and other disciplines and Provide liaison between Client and EPC teams for all bid clarifications and gives guidance to the team in preparation of cost effective, technically viable and comprehensive proposals, in accordance with the client specifications.
• Review the commercial aspects of the inquiry document and issuance of inquiries for estimation of costs.
• Raise requirement for preparation of bid bond or any other document that may be required for submission with the proposal and Review of Contract draft.   
• Preparation of Assumptions / pricing basis and Exception/ Deviations to Technical and commercial Proposal. Review of completeness of technical and commercial proposal. Optimize proposal price.
• If required prepare alternate proposal.
• Organize and lead bid-clarification meetings with the customer and Ensures timely reply of bid-clarification communication from the client.
