- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the UAE construction sector.
- Experience working on hospitals and mid-level towers is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DEWA requirements, and international mechanical standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant engineering software
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and coordinate mechanical designs and drawings for hospital and mid-level tower projects.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions. Review and approve material submitting, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and adherence to specifications. Provide technical support during design development and construction phases.
