Qualification:
- Any Graduation, MBA
Experience:
- 1 – 3 Years including Proven sales experience of at least 2 years in the paints or any related industries in UAE market. Track record of achieving sales target. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. Familiarity with different sales techniques. Computer proficiency. Fluent in English, Arabic Language is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads and Sales from Building Contractors, Building Material Trading companies, Small Projects and Interior decoration contractors focusing on paint.
- Prepare Quotation and follow-up of the same.
- Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
- Negotiate / close deals. Maintain a professional company image at all times and Build strong and successful relationships with clients. Follow-up with customer after meetings to secure order.
- Collect payments as per set deadlines to ensure payments are received on time.
