• Bachelors in Engineering or the equivalent Technical degree required. Professional Engineer designation PMP.  MBA preferred    

Experience: 

• 10 years of experience in project management.
• Expert knowledge with project specifications and standards.  Experience in oil gas petrochemical or power plants. Engineering Construction Company working experience. Abundant experience with FELFEED FEEDEPC rollover and EPC projects in Project management Knowledge.
• Experience in execution of FELFEED related projects and EPC projects proposals.
• Extensive experience and expertise in project management and leadership skills
• Strong Client focus with a demonstrated ability to extract value added during execution of FELFEED related projects and EPC projects proposals and to define Client Project Partner needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill to explain and resolve effectively on technical issue to Client Project Partner and relevant Licensors with broad chemical mechanical piping engineering back ground. Ability to adapt to multicultural teams and Korean local environments and Technical and business writing and verbal skills in English

Roles & Responsibilities:

• General Characteristics: MANAGE and LEAD all the FEL project management activities including planning project progress schedule budget and coordinate with Clients. Leading the Project. Support on Project Manager and lead the FEL project with various subjects such as project progress schedule budget and coordinate with Client.
• Project support various industry such as Oil Gas refinery and petrochemical And also focusing on Green Initiative Green Hydrogen Green Ammonia CCUS and renewable Energy Source. Understanding current Oil Gas Energy Transition and Prospective Future Trend. Insight on Market Technology trend
• Engineering Coordination Capability: Provide technical and engineering guidelines to functional leads in FEL project. Supervise and manage various functional activities in alignment with Project requirement. Capability for technical economical evaluation of each licensor information for certain product. Capability for Budgetary Capex estimation on various project development scenario.
• Project Development from FEL to EPC.
• Manage development of FEL to EPC Project schedule.
• Cost Management for CAPEX OPEX and other related project development expense.
• Develop budget man-hours and manage resource loading. Provide mentoring training and conduct technical seminars for junior engineers with concrete plans. Develop a risk register at project start review and update as needed. P
