National Commission for Human Rights, Islamabad Qualification:

• PhD or equivalent Qualification in Law or Social Sciences, or
• M Phil Degree or equivalent in Law or Social sciences, or
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Law or Social Sciences with CGPA 3 or above, or 60% or above marks from the HEC recognized Institution.

Experience:

• Relevant experience but not necessarily required

Jobs Description:

• Development of case management system for Human Rights Complaints and receives and process complaints through case management System.
• Preside over proceedings to examine the complaints to ascertain the violation of fundamental rights.
• Maintain record of cases / complaints, issue notices on behalf of the Commission and convey its decisions to relevant authorities for compliance.
• Supervise the Complaint handling mechanism of the NCHR. Overseas compilation, recording, verification, and dissemination of data related to complaints.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Commission’s work is documented and reported accurately.
• Preparing reports, maintaining records, and disseminating information to stakeholders
