- Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering with equalization from UAE MOE.
Experience:
- At least 15 years of overall experience in supervision of dam works after graduation. Experienced in, and have extensive Supervision of Construction of large dams.
- Extensive experience in supervising projects of a similar nature involving similar components.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake site surveys, data collection, co-ordinate with all stakeholders. Review design, shop drawings, conduct technical meetings as and when required.
- Construction Works of Substations, Cables and Overhead Transmission Lines (preferably EHV & HV).
- Supervision of soil investigations, geotechnical, geophysical, etc. Piling works in different soil conditions and Pile Tests. Corrosion Protection and Painting Requirements, Procedures and Applications.
- Testing of Civil materials in Laboratories.
- Preparation of Platforms and Access Roads. Conducting Site and Progress Meetings.
- Controlling & Certification of Civil Works progress.
- Follow up of progress and reporting and Progress Certification of Contractor´s works on monthly basis
