Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create documentation for the SAP MM module, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations. Organization Structures, Master Data of MM, Purchase Request, Contract Management, Service Procurement, Vendor Evaluation, PO Processing, PO Tracking, Invoice Verification, Logistics etc. Analyze and design enhancements, development programs, and/or required fixes to production problems. Perform system testing to ensure that the SAP MM module is working as expected.
- Provide training to end users on how to use the module.
- Provide ongoing support to clients for the SAP MM module, including: Troubleshooting issues, Providing guidance on best practices, Implementing fixes and enhancements
