Experience:

Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimation, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, while managing project constraints effectively and Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints and oversee project budgets and financials, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project management processes. ·
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Conducting post-Implementation Review and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
