Senior Project Manager-ZTBL, Islamabad

For Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Govt of Pakistan, Islamabad        Qualification:

• Bachelor / 16 years of education in Business Administration, Computer Sciences/IT duly recognized by HEC.
• Candidates having PMP certification will be preferred.
• Applicant having less than 45% marks (in conventional system) or CGPA less than 1.4/4.0 or 2.4/5.0 or equivalent in degree on the basis of which application is being submitted, are not eligible to apply 

Experience:

• At-least 10 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in a comparable position in Banks/FIs.
• Must have 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects in the banking or financial industry

Job Description:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimation, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, while managing project constraints effectively and Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints and oversee project budgets and financials, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project management processes. ·
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Conducting post-Implementation Review and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
