Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance Familiar with techniques for ensuring data integrity with various integration of information / reports
Jobs Description:
- Experience executing static mechanical jobs such as: gasket replacement, valves or piping/spool sections removal / installation, blinding / de-blinding works, Bolts torqueing & tightening, flanges alignment ,etc ·
- Installation of Gaskets, all type of fasteners and usage of mechanical tools such as spanners, impact and torque wrenches, etc · Experience in rigging & lifting equipment activities, use & installation of shackles, slings and chain blocks. Experience operating manual or Hydraulic Flange spreader, gasket cutter tools, punches, Chisels, flanges pullers, etc · Knowledge about flange management and gasket types. · Experience in mechanical and water cleaning jobs, using portable pumps and hose connections.
- Reading of drawings and P&IDs · Must have experience in maintenance on the following assets: Vessels, Exchangers, Columns, boilers, piping components, valves, water treatment systems, Troubleshooting of static repair, etc ·
- Knowledge of maintenance processes for units such as: Heavy Oil Complex (CDU, VDU, SGP, LTU, KTU, DCU, and UGP). o Hydro Processing Complex (HCU/DHT/HPU/PSA). o Sulfur/Utilities Complex (SRU, TGTU, ARU, CRU, SSW, CSW, BFW, Steam Generation, Air, N2, CWT, WWTP). Offsite/Logistics Complex (Crude Receiving Terminal, Refinery Tankage, Product Dispatch, Coke and Sulfur Handling, Flare, Buildings). · HSE and PPE Knowledge
