Training Coordinator-Karachi

IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore      Maternal & Child Health Program                     Qualification:

• Minimum required qualification is Bachelors in Public Health/Social Sciences.    

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Prepare training plans involving Training Officers for effective follow-ups on the execution of training agendas. Lead the designed training policies in alignment with the program requirements and provincial needs through engaging partners and other stakeholders. Develop innovative training modules to successfully implement interventions aimed to meet training needs physically and virtually at all levels assigned by the line manager.
• Design and revise training modules constantly per requests and requirements for the induction, refresher, and other relevant training on the National Electronic Immunization Registry Application and Dashboard.
• Assist with training team members and other department leads in developing a guide and its successful implementation for the capacity building of human resources employed in the program.
• Assist in developing the pool of master trainers at the National and sub-national level.
• Support the program leads at the National, Provincial, and District levels in identifying suitable candidates for training.
• Design training calendars based on real-time field operations and needs in coordination with National and Provincial health departments. Draft training budgets and reports for the line manager and permitted stakeholders, including donors. Maintain the database training record as a National and Provincial archive of training material and other relevant updates.
• Design impact assessment of implemented training and reflect the progress against set key performance indicators. Ensure proper and transparent utilization of training budgets and funds to improve the capacity of the staff involved.
