By Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi for Reko Dig Site, Baluchistan (Public Sector Organization) Qualification:
- Certificate in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
- Certificate in Work Health and Safety/ Motor Vehicle Driver Training (desirable).
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience within a training role, preferably in the mining industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and assessments including but not limited to: site specific Training courses; Safety Awareness programs; VOCs; and Inductions.
- Execute training and assessments in accordance with Training Standards and ensuring that all training and assessment is current and meets legislative requirements. · Provide trainees with feedback and updates on their progress as per the mutually agreed training plan. · Undertake field observations for performance of personnel operating procedures (technique, equipment abuse, work area set up etc.) ·
- Assist with the development of training business cases to support site operations.
- Assist with the delivery and development of new technical and operational training to Crew Trainers to support current and future mining operations.
