Qualification:
- University or Diploma (attested) degree preferably as an Engineer in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics or electro-mechanical related.
Experience:
- Experience in sales handling closing with 2 years minimum in the related products Experience certificate/s related
- Minimum typing speed: 30WPM. Skilled and experienced in preparing technical & commercial quotations by Word or Excel
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound inquiries via phone, email, website chat
- Assist the customer in technical and commercial aspects to choose a product
- Coordinate & conduct technical and commercial meetings with customers
- Prepare & send quotations or PI Follow up and closing
- Achieve sales target and monitor the related marketing and demand segments
- Create Invoice, DO Creation of PL, COO Customer service
- Create & maintain logs and reports for sales and marketing
