Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling all payments and utilization of funds releases without lapse of funds.
- Overall in charge of maintenance of accounting system / software and supervised posting of transactions in accounting system.
- Timely preparation & submission of annual budget request for releases of funds.
- Preparation and consolidation of Audit para’s replies, if needed and ensure timely preparation of annual accounts for submission to auditors.
- Timely and accurate preparation of payroll and payments to all employees.
- Calculation, deduction, deposit and preparation of employees tax statements.
- Liaison and timely reporting to NBP and the client for release of Funds & Accounts Reconciliations.
- Preparation / consolidation of expenditure reports.
- Supervision of project staff regarding Accounts related activities and organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers.
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Creating administration related reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed.
- Coordinating to ensure the safety and security of office premises and coordination for the organization of meetings/events/workshops/tenders.
- Maintaining staff related records and attendance
