• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the program team for administrative and travel management arrangements.
• Manage program-related supplies & stock, and initiate requests whenever required.
• Responsible for facility management.
• Prepare regular expense and assets reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure the timely distribution of training and community sensitization materials to the provincial teams.
• Complete documentary requirements for vendor payments.
• Manage petty cash expenses.
