• Preferably Pharm-D with MBA

Experience:

• Overall 15 to 18 years of pharma sales experience in a reputable organization in similar capacity

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed product sales budget and ensure to remain within allocated expense budget
• Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the sales performance in response to the marketing plan immediately after the closing of each month
• Ensure 100% execution of the marketing plans through the sales force and responsible for maintaining strong professional relations with KOLs of assigned division
• Recruit, train and administer the sales team in order to achieve corporate objectives
