• Preferably MBBS / Pharm D with MBA

Experience:

• Overall 15 to 18 of pharma sales and marketing experience with reputable pharmaceutical organization                        

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team of assigned division to ensure strong alignment, optimize strategy implementation and sales delivery
• Responsible for maintaining strong professional relations with KOLs of the assigned division
• Recruit, train and administer the sales team in order to achieve corporate objectives
• Achieve or exceed product sales budget and ensure to remain within allocated expense budget
• Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the sales performance in response to the marketing plan immediately after closing of each month
