• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, statistics, or related education and experience.  

Experience:

• 2 –4 years of related work experience or related degree.
• Experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization a plus. Experience developing business reports.
• Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports
  
• Skills: Ability to create multimedia presentations such as power point, visio when presenting data analysis and process improvements. High proficiency and experience in excel, power BI and other reporting tools. Previous knowledge in Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Tableau and Oracle (preferred) 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop workflow to gather/extract raw data, analyze information and transform them into relevant infographic & visual story telling presentations.
• Provide performance reporting and analysis for individuals and teams (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual). Identify performance trends, highlight opportunities and risks, and summarize insightful findings for senior executives.
• Partner with business teams and leaders on improving operating efficiencies. Prepare business documents and reports for monthly/quarterly meetings.
• Stay current on the teams’ processes and systems functionalities in order to execute reporting requests successfully.
• Conduct routine audits of data storage systems and databases to ensure accuracy of reporting output.
• Assist with ad-hoc reports and other necessary tasks related to the role. Ability to prioritize and juggle workload according to customer needs, Sales Departments Sales Forecast and Platts initiatives.
• Responsible for reviewing, updating and creating documentation review of all workflows by working as a collaborative team across the Contract Support management function
