Experience:

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive disciplinary complaints against employees and proceed as per relevant rules, which may require counseling, formation of enquiry committee and/or initiation of legal proceedings upon approval of competent authority.
- Coordinate and communicate with the key stakeholders with regard to employee conduct and disciplinary investigations.
- Analyze and review the investigation reports and recommend to management, appropriate disciplinary actions. Review drafts for charge sheets, show cause notices and final orders with regards to disciplinary proceedings against the employee(s) concerned.
- Ensure that the drafts are submitted for review and approval by HR management. Provide necessary support in the resolution of on-going litigation with the third party or contractual employees. Where required, represent SSGC in the court of law for the legal cases against the employees.
- Prepare case files, prepare and store all documents
