Deputy General Manager Vigilance & Security Services-Karachi

For a Karachi-based company by Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi                                    Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university. Military Staff Course / Intelligence Staff Course will be an added advantage.    

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 20 years military service as commissioned officer with preferable experience of serving in an intelligence setup.
• A retired officer of Armed Forces of Pakistan with the rank of Colonel or equivalent. Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with willingness to travel

  Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of security professionals within the organization.
• Develop and implement security awareness programs for employees and Oversee the design and implementation of physical security measures.
• Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and security personnel.
• Develop and maintain crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Lead responses to security incidents, coordinating with relevant departments and external agencies.
• Manage the security budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency whilst also managing personnel from security service providers.
• Conduct regular training sessions, send updates and alerts etc. to enhance the organization’s security posture and Oversee and monitor investigations of theft / malpractices and other violations of the company’s security related policies to ensure smooth business operations and Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
