Director IT Program & Project Management Department-SBP, Karachi

State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi                                                Qualification:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (with a minimum of 16 years of education) in IT, Computer Systems or Sciences, relevant Engineering areas from a HEC recognized domestic or a foreign university

Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience in IT including at least 5 years in senior management position in a similar role

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and strategic plan to drive technological innovation and competitiveness and Oversee the design and implementation of robust, reliable, scalable and secure National Portals, Industry Platforms and Enterprise IT Applications on latest technology infrastructure.
• Establish and implement technology governance frameworks, policies and standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Lead initiatives for Digital Transformation, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business processes, customer experiences and overall operational efficiency
• Establish Data Governance practices, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and availability of critical data assets across the organization.
• Develop and steer professional teams in the areas of IT strategy, IT Governance, IT Programs, Projects and Application development and related domains as needed to achieve business objectives of the function.
• Proactively and holistically lead and guide the enterprise through transformation and optimization initiatives, supporting the overall corporate strategy.
• Capacity Building in various areas of IT Group and across the organization about IT enabled developments and operations in respective applicable domains.
