For Maternal & Child Health Program By IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore Qualification:
- MBBS or a degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or any other relevant subject.
Experience:
- 5 to 6 years experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, support, supervise, and monitor the field teams and activities. Assess the training needs and conduct in-class and on-site training of the field staff and vaccinators. Conduct and submit investigation reports for field-reported issues.
- Conduct regular field visits to immunization clinics to assess the challenges and facilitate implementation.
- Conduct regular phone calls to a selected sub-sample of parents-caregivers to verify immunization visits as per reports. Submit daily field reports for monitoring purposes and Generate bi-weekly reports summarizing dashboard data and qualitative feedback from districts teams and activities.
- Peruse all material generated by the field team during their field visits (including reports, photographs). Notify Supervisor and take corrective action whenever irregularities are suspected or detected.
- Maintain regular stock of all project-related equipment provided by IRD.
