  • University degree in Business Administration or relevant major (preferred).
  • Senior High School or equivalent or higher (as a minimum).


  • Experience in the Mining/Heavy Engineering industries would be an advantage.
  • Two (2) years of HS&T Admin experience or an equivalent combination of training and o experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite capability and Experience working within construction or resources is desirable with Strong administration skills and Intermediate oral written communication skills in English

  Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support responsibilities: data entry into database, Hazards, Inspections, Job Hazard Analysis, Safety Meetings, Incidents, PTO, Safety Interactions, Training records and Registers.
  • Health, Safety and Training Support: Analyzing safety statistics as needed for daily numbers on Lead and Lag KPIs. Assist with collating data for investigations as required from time to time.
  • Collate and record end of month data for EOM reporting purposes. Develop the Lead and Lag target posters in line with the EOM reporting timeframes.
  • Ensuring the lead/lag indicators are up to date on all target posters before sending out for review and approval. Review and distribute overdue action reports to relevant stakeholders. Review and distribute open event reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Control the monthly HS & Training KPI data and spreadsheet and point of contact for KPI questions.
  • Taking meeting minutes for Monthly and weekly meetings for HS & Training Department.
  • Adding all personnel into database and maintaining current/terminated employees and contractors.
  • Record accurate details of trainees and the units of competency commenced and completed.
  • Evaluate and report on all site training and education activities as required and Ensure that information about a candidate/ trainee will not be disclosed to a third party without written consent; except as required for operational reasons or by law.
  • Personnel are educated in the application of the Training Standards and Training Procedure.
