For Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Islamabad                  Qualification:

• Graduate (16 years of education) / Post Graduate in IT/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering /Networks Information/Cyber/IT Security duly recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.
• .Applicant must have at-least second division (i.e. 45% marks or equivalent CGPA of 1.4/4.0 or 2.4/5.0) in degree on basis of which he is applying or eligible.

Experience:

• At-least 10 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in a comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.
• Experience should include at-least 3 Years’ experience of handling SOC.
• Having experience in Banking/Financial Institution is a plus.
• Good experience of SIEM concepts and hands on experience on any current Gartner rated SIEM Solution.
• Experience in security operational services: unified threat management, anti-virus, SIEM, DDOS / DOS, threat and vulnerability management, cyber investigations, DNS Security, IDS/IPS, EDR, DB Security
• Knowledge of best practice standards and procedure

Jobs Description:

• Direct the functions, processes, and operations of the SOC and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Lead the 24×7 operations of the SOC to ensure optimal identification / resolution and response of security incidents and enhance security.
• Managing the SOC team and shift scheduling.
• Ensure compliances of SOC based contact, process adherence, process improvement to meet operational objectives.·
• Manage the collection, documentation and research of security incidents received via the SOC.
• Providing CISO/Senior Management with a realistic overview of risks and threats in the enterprise environment.
•  Develop and maintain an incident response management program that includes incident detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery and chain of evidence / forensic artefacts required for additional investigations.·
• Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Management.
• Manage the process improvement program for SOC/ (Incidence Response Management) IRM processes.
• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc training exercises to ensure staff are current with the latest threats and incident response techniques and provide direction, leadership and management of SOC personnel
