  • High School education/Diploma any relevant education.


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Hotel/Hospitality industry experience is preferable
  • Language: Proficiency in English is must, while additional language skills are an asset. Communication: Excellent communication skills with customer service skills. Computer knowledge: Must be a computer literate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the public areas in a manner which will result in a clean and attractive hotel facility
  • Supervises, trains, and directs, disciplines and co-ordinates public area cleaners in the prompt and efficient housekeeping of public areas – according to the standards.
  • Prepares maintenance work orders in regard to replacements or repair of furniture, fixtures, etc.
  • Performs job responsibilities in a safe manner to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all personnel to foster and promote a harmonious working climate conductive to maximum employee morale, efficiency and productivity.
  • Performs all accountabilities in a timely and efficiency manner, following established company policy and projecting a favourable image of hotel to achieve objectives, public recognition and acceptance.
  • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken when appropriate.
  • Inspect Food and Beverage outlets cleanliest & Front Office & Switchboard
