IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore Qualification:
- Minimum required qualification is Bachelors in Public Health, Social Sciences or any other related discipline .
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and other standard applications
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Assist line manager in day-to-day activities and support the program & field staff to comply with SOPs and adhere to deadlines and conduct data monitoring, troubleshooting, and data cleaning for analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation of data and meeting minutes of project activities and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and validate data and reports collected regularly.
- Conduct field visits to assess the challenges and facilitate implementation on a need basis. Attend in-person and virtual meetings with the program team to report progress and challenges. Work across different time zones for virtual meetings. Conduct debriefing sessions to resolve challenges and queries
