Maternal & Child Health, IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore Qualification:
- Masters in Public Health/Social Sciences/Epidemiology
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Stata or other statistical software
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Direct the project team with support from the line manager and other core team members.
- Supervise, manage, and mentor project staff. Manage budgets, timelines, project planning, implementation, and monitoring and Create and/or review existing project timelines, activities, SOPs, and guidelines for project implementation and Conduct field visits to assess the challenges and facilitate implementation.
- Prepare and submit donor reports for ongoing and new projects and Ensure implementation of projects in line with organizational and donor policies as applicable.
- Review and analyze monthly financial reports for the assigned projects and Create a learning atmosphere within the team for staff professional growth.
- Develop and present progress and learnings at relevant meetings.
