- Competency in design applications including AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Revit, P&ID

- Assist and support the technical manager in preparing technical specifications, drawings, concept drawings.
• Ensure that all materials and specifications are in accordance to QCS standards.
• Maintaining and monitoring all the design and engineering submittals, and update changes in the drawings and as-builts.
• Coordinate with Contractors for Change Requests / Technical Queries
• Organizing, attending, and participating in technical meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for progress meetings.
• Ensuring projects adhere to PMO frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure that all design and technical issues are proper track and managed.
