Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Program Management: Oversee scheduling, enrolment, program structure, course universe, and student progress. Ensure adherence to university and Higher Education Commission (HEC) policies. Team Supervision and Development: Manage and mentor a team of executives, focusing on task allocation, training, performance evaluation, and internal procedures. Strategic Program Development: Assist the Program Director in designing and developing educational programs, aligning them with institutional goals. Budget and Resource Management: Participate in budget formulation and resource allocation, ensuring efficient financial management. Enhanced Data Management: Develop and maintain robust record-keeping systems. Provide guidance on database cleanup and manage the integration of new digital tools. Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Utilize evolving reporting tools to analyze program data, focusing on future trends and needs. Generate comprehensive reports for data-driven decision-making. Collaboration and Policy Development: Collaborate and coordinate with other departments, alumni, and community organizations. Digital Transformation and UMS Oversight: Lead the identification and implementation of digital initiatives. Train and monitor departmental use of University Management Systems (UMS) to ensure optimal functionality.
