  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.  

Experience:

  • Five or more years of experience working in an administrative position. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Website, and other design tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with colleagues in different departments of an organization. Experience in coordinating local and international meetings / events (remotely and on-site)

Roles:

  • Support the QTL.net team, especially in Pakistan, with logistical and administrative matters, including all blended and onsite QTL.net seminars, training, workshops, etc. Organize and coordinate local and international travel, tickets, accommodation, transport, etc., required for QTL.net members and other guests visiting Pakistan for various QTL.net activities. Upload and update the content provided by the QTL.net team members on the official department website under EO’s supervision.
  • Take initiative in designing using Canva and other tools for any network graphics as needed. Set up and coordinate internal and external QTL.net meetings, as well as record minutes of meetings where needed, along with relevant and required follow-ups with stakeholders
