Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare drafts for charge sheets, show cause notices and final orders with regards to disciplinary proceedings against the employee(s) concerned and Submit the drafts for review and approval by HR management.
• Provide necessary support in resolution of on-going litigation with the third party or contractual employees.
