  • Law Degree from HEC recognized Law School / University.
  • Solicitor, Bar-at-law, LLM would be an added advantage. 

Experience:

  • overall 4 years of professional experience with minimum 1-2 years related experience in a junior management position

  Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle and monitor litigation cases before different courts/forums of law through external counsels, review the pleadings before filing for the courts and maintain the status of court cases and follow up with the external lawyers. To vet agreements, MOUs, Addendums etc. and other legal documents and render legal opinion in the matter, if required. To provide legal advisory services and other required legal assistance to the departments on their different legal issues after review of Inquiry Reports, Charge Sheets, Show Cause notices, Court Orders and other relevant documents.
  • Review all relevant contracts, agreements, letters, and proposals etc. to ensure compliance to the prevailing laws and regulations, and raise issues that may have legal and statutory implications to the Company
