Experience:
- Must have 2-3 years of experience at similar position.
- Must have good command on MS Office.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to back company management in C-Level negotiations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First point of contact for LDI operations.
- Client engagement & management.
- Improve customer experience.
- Proactive resolution of queries.
- Strong liaison with cross functional teams i.e. business development, technical and accounts.
- Streamline and document LDI processes in form of department SOPs and Contract management, from signing and archiving to ensuring that live operations are in line with contractual clauses.
- Reporting sale, traffic trends and targets and Record keeping
