By Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi for Reko Dig Site, Baluchistan (Public Sector Organization) Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in occupational health & safety qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in OHS and Formal Accident Investigation Training (e.g. ICAM / Taproot / Loss Causation).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Construction / Resources industries.
- Preferably had operational experience in Health, Safety or Loss Prevention or related field
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational health and safety advice and support across site.
- Implementation and adherence to safety systems.
- Conduct auditing and governance around safety on major hazards and contractors
- Facilitate accident and incident investigations
- Safety coaching and development of Personnel.
- Quality control of incident investigations.
- Ensure responsibilities outlined in the H&S Management Plan are understood and
adhered to by all personnel - Support in the implementation of emergency response procedures in his/her area of responsibilities
