Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data Management/Validation Skills. Report Writing.
- Verbal and Written Skills both in English and Urdu
- Supervise, manage, and mentor the project team by managing the budget and creating and tracking project timelines to implement SOPs and guidelines effectively.
- Conduct field visits to assess challenges and facilitate viable implementation. Assist the line manager with preparing and submitting donor reports for ongoing and new projects. Ensure implementation of projects in line with organizational and donor policies, where applicable. Review and analyze bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (program, monitoring, data, audit, etc.) for the assigned projects and present project progress and learnings at relevant meetings.
- Oversee data analysis, report generation and manuscript writing. Represent the project at regional and international meetings as and when needed.
