Experience:

6 years’ working experience with an international organization in management level.
Experience in effectively dealing with international staff, donor agencies, government officials, and other NGO’s.

Skills:

Good knowledge and understanding of donor policy and practice issues
Strong proficiency in budget management, grants management and reporting
Strong coordination and project management skills
Competent in Windows, MS office programs, emails and relevant database
Strong writing and analytical skills, including ability to communicate technical matters to a range of audiences

Jobs Description:

Conduct needs assessment, develop and implement a capacity building plan and provide day to day mentoring support, formal and on-job training support to field staff
Oversee post exposure management for eligible contacts of Covid-19 patients.
Identify capacity gap, provide handholding support and develop capacity strengthen plan. Coordinate with technical team for implementation of the plan and monitor progress
Review progress report and data, provide regular feedback and guidance for improvement
Develop and maintain effective coordination and long-term relationships with external parties, representing IRD Bangladesh positions, promoting long-term strategy and resolving problems/conflicts Prepare and contribute to quarterly and annual reports Assist in writing scientific reports and manuscripts
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with team members, relevant government agencies, bilateral and other NGOs/CBOs, and other key stakeholders
Development and management of donor budget plans and ensure proper monitoring and budget tracking of expenditures
Ensure appropriate monitoring mechanisms are in place to provide analysis and appropriate response with other actors while adhering to data protection principles
